Our menu is mainly traditional but with a few contemporary dishes using the freshest ingredients and delicious pizza dough. We make all our pasta sauces, toppings and desserts in-house from scratch. We would love to see candidates with previous pizza and pasta experience and we will provide some site specific training to the right candidate. Due to continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced Bartender to join The Portrait Restaurant by Richard Corrigan. Opening Hours Sunday - Tuesday: 12:00 - 17:30 Wednesday - Saturday: 12:00 - 23:00 Situated on the 4th Floor of the National Portrait Gallery is our open dining room & bar with dramatic views and a simple menu with bespoke touches that are reflective of the Gallery and pieces within. Responsibilities: • Craft and serve a wide range of high-quality cocktails, spirits, and beverages with precision and flair, following established recipes and standards. • Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to guests, offering recommendations and suggestions based on their preferences and tastes. • Ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies at all times, including fresh ingredients, glassware, and garnishes. • Collaborate with the bar team and other restaurant staff to deliver seamless service and enhance the overall guest experience.
