About YouTo be considered for this position you must have: • Have recent experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or in a similar role, or bring relevant life experience with a genuine passion for supporting children aged 7+, • Be confident supporting a pupil with additional needs, including providing personal care as required, delivered with dignity, respect, and sensitivity, • Have knowledge of, or a willingness to learn, the National Curriculum and approaches to supporting pupils with additional needs, • Have experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting, or transferable experience demonstrating the relevant skill set, • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents, • Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times Learn moreWorking with us: [CAMPUS]: link to campus pageOur values: Are you ready to take the next step in your career and truly experience the joy of teaching?
