You'll lead from the floor, support your team through busy services and work closely with the General Manager to keep the whole pizzeria moving. We're looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager who is dedicated, positive and full of energy. Someone who enjoys the chaos of a busy service, stays calm under pressure and always has a "third eye" on what is happening around the pizzeria.
