Aylesbury Salary - Negotiable DOE Monday - Friday days Your new company: Based in Aylesbury, you will be joining a fast-paced manufacturing business, who, due to continued growth, are seeking a Health & Safety officer to join their production and facilities team!The Health & Safety officer will work with the team to help develop the company's health, safety and environmental standards and maintain Iso standards. Key Responsibilities & Duties: • Develop, implement, and maintain EH&S policies, procedures, and systems in line with UK legislation and industry best practices., • Monitor and report on EH&S performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring timely and accurate management reporting., • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections across the site to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented., • Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring lessons learnt are communicated and embedded. Skills & Experience required: • Experience in a similar role, within a fast past manufacturing or engineering environment, • NEBHOSH General certificate, • Strong knowledge of UK EH&S legislation and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001)., • Ability to work in a team environment, or alone Click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV or call us now.
