This is a full-time, term-time-only position on a long-term contract, with opportunities for teacher training through the School Direct programme after one academic year. Position Details: • Role: Graduate Learning Support Assistant, • Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire, • Start Date: September 2026, • Contract: Long-term, full-time, • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm (term time only), • Pay: £445-£500 per week, • Transport: Good transport links and on-site parking available, • Progression: Training provided with pathway into teacher training About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: • Work with pupils who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing one-to-one and small group support, • Support class teachers in delivering tailored interventions, • Contribute to the academic and emotional development of pupils across the school, • Receive ongoing training and mentoring from experienced staff This role is ideal for graduates seeking a career in teaching, educational psychology, or any child-focused profession.
