The successful candidate will take a leading technical role in the management and improvement of the highway structures asset, supporting the planning, design, and delivery of maintenance and improvement schemes. You will provide senior-level technical input across the full project lifecycle, from asset inspections and condition assessments, through feasibility, design, and construction, to supervision of works and approval of as-built records. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the continuous improvement of asset management processes.
