Personal Assistant to the CEO Exeter | 25 hours per week (5 hours per day, Monday-Friday) Full FTE £32,501 + (Actual Salary £23,215 per annum based on 25 hours per week) Some people make things happen without needing to be centre stage. They're the person who spots the diary clash before it becomes a problem, knows which detail matters, and quietly keeps senior leaders organised, informed and focused. We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support a highly approachable CEO and Senior Leadership Team within a purpose-led organisation that genuinely makes a difference to people's lives. You'll be involved in the day-to-day rhythm of the organisation, helping things run smoothly, building relationships across the business, and ensuring key priorities stay on track. What you'll be doing • Managing a busy CEO's diary, meetings and appointments, • Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation and itineraries, • Preparing agendas, papers and briefings ahead of meetings, • Supporting Board, leadership and governance meetings, • Taking notes and tracking actions when required, • Managing correspondence and day-to-day administration, • Building strong relationships with colleagues, partners and stakeholders, • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism What we're looking for You'll already have experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role and be comfortable working closely with senior leaders. We'll be looking for someone who: • Is exceptionally organised and takes pride in getting the details right, • Communicates confidently and professionally with people at all levels, • Can juggle competing priorities without becoming flustered, • Thinks ahead, solves problems and takes initiative, • Handles confidential information with absolute discretion, • Has strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Copilot, • Experience supporting a CEO, Managing Director, Board or Senior Leadership Team would be highly advantageous.
