The Role The incoming adviser will join a team of nine and benefit from a mature, well-funded client base. Many clients are currently aligned to exiting advisers, with structured handovers in place to ensure smooth transitions. This creates a genuine opportunity to inherit relationships while still being encouraged to generate new business over time. Clients are typically established, mature investors with average portfolios of £900k–£1m+, requiring holistic advice across pensions, investments, tax planning and estate planning. Ideal Profile • 5–10 years’ industry experience, • Chartered or working towards Chartered status, • CAS and current SPS required, • Strong cashflow planning capability (Voyant experience needed), • Experience with VCT, EIS and Business Relief planning advantageous, • Calm, self-sufficient and comfortable managing own diary, • Open to a hybrid model (ideally 3 days in office, subject to client needs) The culture is professional, experienced and relationship-led. The firm is looking for someone steady, commercially aware and comfortable stepping into an established client environment. Interview Process • Stage 1: 30-minute Teams call (culture fit), • Stage 2: Office meeting (30 minutes) with senior leadership, • Final stage: 1-hour meeting with Directors/CEO, • Offer possible after two stages, depending on process This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable Financial Planner looking to join a stable, acquisitive IFA with an established client base and realistic bonus structure.
