The individual has Autism , adhd, dyspraxia, anxiety and Epilepsy. You must have experience of managing seizures and knowledge of Autism. You must be confident in setting boundaries, the individual is not physically challenging but boundaries are important so it is clear to the individual what is expected. The shifts are as follows: Day shift - 09.30-17.30 Night shift - 20.00-06.00 You must be able to work weekends and bank holidays with the rest of the team . The team consists of 4 personal assistants . Nights are not compulsory. Overtime will be available to cover holidays and sickness. You will be paid every 4 weeks via bacs and accrue holiday pay. It’s a great team to work in and a relaxed role . You must be ok with smoking as the client smokes in his home . One year minimum experience in care is required.
