This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving shift performance, developing teams, and translating site strategy into effective day-to-day operations. What you will be doing: • Lead Press Shop operations, delivering against quality, cost, delivery, safety and morale (QCDMS) targets, • Take ownership of shift performance and operational output, • Support medium and long-term operational planning, • Coach and develop supervisors and operators, building leadership capability within the team, • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and data-led performance improvements, • Manage shift planning and manpower optimisation, • Ensure compliance with health & safety, HR policies and company standards, • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve site and business objectives What you will bring to the team: You will have: • Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) in Operations Management or a related discipline, • Experience in a supervisory or management role within fast-paced manufacturing, • Strong understanding of QCDMS and continuous improvement methodologies, • Experience managing KPIs and operational performance, • Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills To be considered for this position please click “Apply” and submit your up-to-date CV
