About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and confident Sales Development Representative to help expand our client base. You’ll be the first point of contact for many new prospects, responsible for identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting up introductions for our sales team. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone who enjoys building relationships, understands how hospitality works, and wants to progress in B2B sales. Key Responsibilities • Research and identify new leads across restaurants, hotels, schools, and care homes in London and the South East., • Contact prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce Foodpoint and explain how we work., • Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals., • Schedule meetings or calls for the senior sales team., • Keep our CRM (Grownet) up to date with all outreach and notes., • Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and track engagement., • Report weekly activity and pipeline progress to the COO and Marketing. What We’re Looking For • Confident, engaging communicator - written and verbal., • Proactive and organised, with a strong sense of ownership., • Comfortable speaking to chefs, buyers, and business owners., • Good attention to detail and follow-up., • Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn., • An interest in food, hospitality, or supply chain is a plus., • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.     Simman Solicitors, an SQM-accredited law firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Immigration Caseworker (IAAS Level 2 Accredited) to join our growing team based at our Croydon office or Hayes office (Middlesex) London. This position is full-time, five days per week (Monday to Fridays), with working hours from 9:00am to 6:00pm. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive environment delivering high-quality immigration and asylum services to the local community. We specialise in Immigration Law, providing both Legal Aid and private services across immigration, asylum, and human rights matters. The successful applicant will play a key role in managing complex cases and delivering high-quality legal representation. Requirements • IAAS Level 2 Senior Caseworker accreditation (Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme), • Registered with the Law Society as a Level 2 Senior Accredited Caseworker, • Proven experience in publicly funded Immigration Law (LAA work), • Ability to work independently and without supervision Responsibilities • Manage the firm’s LAA Immigration and Asylum caseload, including appeals and judicial reviews, • Handle detention and fast-track matters, • Take client instructions, prepare cases, and maintain billing and compliance requirements, • Conduct monthly file reviews and ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards, • Provide excellent client care, particularly in sensitive human rights matters, • Update and manage case files using the firm’s LEAP system, • Advocacy experience before the Tribunal is an advantage Skills & Attributes • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, • Professional, proactive, and target-driven, with strong attention to detail, • Capable of working independently and as part of a team, • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of client service and compliance Salary Competitive and reflective of experience, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
