Hard Skills requirements • Strong proficiency in C++ programming and software development best practices., • Experience in developing trading platforms, preferably from a HFT environment, • Knowledge of options or crypto would be an advantage., • Familiarity with market data feeds, order execution protocols and connectivity to exchanges., • Solid understanding of multi-threading, concurrency and low latency programming., • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
