The finance department is a highly data‑rich and evolving environment, and due to ongoing business expansion, the team has identified the need for a talented Financial Controller. This role plays a crucial part in strengthening financial controls, ensuring process quality, and enabling accurate reporting and analysis that will drive performance, enterprise value, and future investment. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Financial Controller will lead and develop the finance team, ensuring they perform at their highest level. Key Responsibilities Oversee month‑end close and prepare group financial statements and reporting Manage balance sheet reconciliations and inter‑company transactions Support budgeting and forecasting, including data analytics and reporting Approve expenditure transactions and perform core controlling activities Operationally manage cashflow, including long‑term forecasting Analyse business performance across cost centres Produce KPI reporting and identify actions for improvement Support the annual audit process and statutory accounts preparation Contribute to projects and provide business partnering to deliver insights and solutions Support active business growth initiatives Travel to regional locations as required Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
