Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom. This role is in our Plant & Fleet department, Plant & Fleet supports teams across our business with their vehicle, plant and specialist equipment needs. As Maintenance Controller youll manage scheduling of statutory inspections, calibrations, MOTs and service events for plant and vehicles to meet SLAs and deliver a best-in-class customer experience; youll arrange bookings with customers and suppliers, process defect reports and recharges, raise POs and engage external repairers, drive cost-effective solutions and provide flexible support to the breakdown team during busy periods. What youll bring Youll have experience in a similar plant and fleet role. Youll be committed to delivering high standards of customer service. Youll be able to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines. Youll be confident using multiple internal systems and Microsoft Office. Youll communicate effectively with colleagues and customers. Experience with fleet maintenance software is a plus well provide training. Whats in it for you?
