You’ll leverage data to: • Enable better commercial decision-making, • Improve operational efficiency, • Drive ROI on key projects 📊 Key Responsibilities Data Integration & Reporting • Maintain and enhance data processes to ensure accuracy and accessibility, • Develop dashboards and self-service reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, Tableau), • Analyse customer and SKU performance to identify trends and opportunities, • Support ROI analysis and sensitivity modelling for commercial and NPD initiatives, • Evaluate pricing, profitability and promotional activity, • Act as a key link between Commercial, NPD and Finance teams, • Support financial planning and performance tracking, • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting, • Improve data integrity and workflow efficiency Essential: • Experience in a data-driven role (Data Analyst, Business Analyst or similar), ideally within FMCG or manufacturing, • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau and/or SQL, • Strong analytical skills with experience working across multiple data sources, • Financial modelling, ROI evaluation and profitability analysis experience, • Experience using ERP systems (e.g. Rubicon), • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting You are: • Trusted – dependable and detail-focused, • Passionate – motivated by delivering meaningful insight, • Dynamic – proactive and solutions-focused This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced FMCG environment and develop into a fully-fledged Finance Business Partner.
