Head of Sales / Sales Director An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, for a data driven Head of Sales / Sales Director in Cardiff – for a cutting edge and innovative technology company. DESCRIPTION: You will take full responsibility for executing the company sales plan and meeting revenue targets across the range of company products. Duties will include: • Drive revenue growth by planning, forecasting, and executing strategies to secure new business and customer sales, focusing on acquiring net-new clients., • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve results., • Create a high-performance culture, motivating and engaging team members to enhance overall performance., • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales and make data-driven decisions., • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective use of resources to maximise opportunities., • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term business success., • Analyse competitive offerings and market needs to develop strategies for success and stay ahead of industry trends., • Create and present detailed sales forecasts and reporting to the executive team. REQUIREMENTS: • At least 7 years of sales management or directorship experience (managing a sales team), ideally including a leadership role within the FinTech / Compliance / SaaS industry., • Must be highly data driven and able to use data to inform decision making, • Extensive experience of working in a client facing, strategic sales role., • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth company where change is a constant., • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire sales professionals at all levels., • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels., • A proactive and creative leader, with a mature but forward-thinking approach to problems. PACKAGE: • A very competitive salary of around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (negotiable depending on depth of experience)., • Uncapped bonus (performance related)., • A great benefits package.
