AV Provisioning Engineer Dunstable £35,000 - £40,000 Monday – Friday | 08:30 – 17:30 Job Summary: A workshop / office based position focused on pre-commissioning Microsoft Teams Room systems, AV & IT devices in preparation for installation. Key Responsibilities: • To attend reactive service calls to diagnose and resolve issues with AV systems., • Provisioning and configuring Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Zoom Rooms, and UC collaboration systems, • Configuring AV peripherals including cameras, microphones, soundbars, displays, and room controllers, • Applying network configurations including IP addressing, firmware updates, and device naming, • Testing systems to ensure reliable audio, video, and network performance, • Producing and maintaining accurate technical documentation including IP/MAC records and configuration notes, • Supporting installation, programming, commissioning, and project teams throughout project delivery, • Assisting with customer queries relating to system setup and operation when required Qualities and Skills Required: • Full UK Driving License., • Strong technical understanding of AV / IT systems – particularly MTR solutions, • Network configuration experience – NETGEAR or similar, • A backgroun...
