Key responsibilities - Collate new business documentation through to payment stage with vendor/dealer/broker partners - Liaise with vendors, dealers and brokers to obtain correct and valid documentation, resolving any issues directly - Contact end users where required to confirm equipment delivery and acceptance - Ensure variable rate deals are correctly loaded with cashflows prior to payout - Check deals against credit acceptance terms and agreed partner agreements, liaising with sales and risk as needed - Ensure deals are accurately loaded onto internal systems and enriched where applicable - Liaise with the finance department on deal pricing and booking of funds ahead of payout - Authorise supplier invoices for payout within agreed limits - Reconcile agreements ready for payout before passing to finance - Produce Welcome Letters and collate documentation for dispatch - Manage ancillary documentation such as Notices of Assignment - Support wider business and process improvement projects as required Requirements: - Highly numerate with strong, practical problem-solving skills - Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills - Strong written and verbal communication - High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Good time management, organisation and administrative skills - Confident IT skills, particularly Word and Excel (Access desirable) - Willingness to be flexible and adaptable in approach - Quick to learn, conscientious, and open to new ideas These are a great opportunities for individuals who are looking to build a career within the asset finance industry.
