New facilities and treatments are being introduced, including: • Advanced recovery and biohacking experiences, • Holistic and alternative wellness treatments, • Cold & heat therapies, • Spa and pool experiences The Role As Gym & Health Club Manager, you’ll have ownership of the entire leisure operation — from gym floor culture to commercial performance. You’ll: • Lead from the front on the gym floor, inspiring members and guests, • Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing fitness and leisure team, • Drive member onboarding, assessments and ongoing progress reviews, • Ensure facilities are safe, welcoming and consistently well-presented, • Work closely with the wider hotel team to maximise guest experience and revenue About You You’ll be an experienced leisure or fitness manager who thrives in an environment where you can build rather than inherit.
