Skills & Experience • 5+ years’ experience in account management or client services, ideally within hospitality, leisure, multi-site retail, entertainment, food & beverage, or fast-paced service environments., • Proven track record of managing complex client portfolios with multiple stakeholders., • Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills., • Confident creating and polishing presentations, pitch decks and proposals for clients and internal stakeholders., • Experience working with creative assets (video / artwork), understanding creative briefs and brand guidelines, and giving clear feedback to design and motion graphics resources., • Strong coordination skills for managing content schedules across multiple screens, sites and installations, with high attention to detail., • Comfortable liaising with technical teams and understanding the basics of music delivery systems, scheduling software, and client installations., • Commercially astute, with confidence in identifying and shaping new opportunities., • Comfortable handling a higher volume of tasks and requests — organised, calm under pressure, and good at prioritising., • Strong at relationship building, but also happy being hands-on and detail-focused (follow-ups, approvals, coordination, chasing actions)., • Interest in music, culture, and design is a plus, but this role is first and foremost about great account management — reliability, communication, and delivering a strong client experience., • Fluent written and spoken English; additional language(s) an advantage.
