Project Manager – 12 Month FTC Are you an experienced Project Manager with strong organisational skills and the ability to influence stakeholders? The Role You Will Own: • Day-to-day operational management of multiple NPD and EPD projects using a structured stage gate process, • Project critical paths, timelines, and risk management, escalating issues proactively where required, • Preparation and delivery of stage gate and alignment decks, • Stakeholder engagement to ensure project and business objectives are met, • Resource planning for projects, identifying constraints ahead of time, • Readiness for product launches, including post-launch reviews and learnings, • Project cost tracking, working with Finance to ensure exceptional costs are approved, • Accurate upkeep of core project documentation (RAID logs, lessons learned, project plans), • Project reviews and formal closure to ensure performance is measured and insights captured You Will Support: • Definition of project scope, success measures, and delivery approach, • The PMO Lead in delivering and improving the stage gate and NPD process, • Business-wide project prioritisation and resource planning, • Planning and governance of projects proportionate to size and complexity, • Consistent application of project management principles across teams, • Communication of updated processes and tools to project teams, • Cross-functional information flow between Project, Finance, Supply Chain, and Technical teams You Will Provide: • Clear, timely reporting for stage gate forums and wider business updates, • Project plans, cost trackers, alignment decks, and progress updates, • Guidance and direction to project teams, acting as a neutral escalation point, • Lessons learned and recommendations for continuous improvement, • Escalation support to the PMO Lead where resourcing, timing, or costs require alignment What We’re Looking For Core Competencies: • Strong communicator with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively, • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, • Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of cost and margin impact, • Proven relationship builder across cross-functional teams, • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure, • Proactive self-starter who manages workload autonomously, • Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning Essential Experience: • FMCG experience with a solid understanding of product development processes, • Project management experience in a fast-paced, changeable environment, • Proven ability to motivate teams and drive delivery, • Comfortable managing conflict, performance, and shifting priorities Desirable: • Intermediate Excel skills, • Experience using MS Planner, • Experience working with global teams and external suppliers If this sounds like the role for you, don’t wait — apply now!
