What you will do: • Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the children's home., • Deliver high-quality, therapeutic care that achieves positive outcomes for our young residents., • Ensure full compliance with safeguarding legislation and OFSTED requirements., • Prepare for and manage inspections, audits, and quality assurance processes with confidence., • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate colleagues to foster a dedicated and compassionate team., • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for the young people in your care. Requirements for this Registered Manager role: We seek someone with prior experience as a Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager eager to step up to a Registered Manager role. A strong knowledge of EBD, mental health, and autism is crucial to provide the best support possible. You must have an excellent understanding of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks to ensure the highest standards are maintained. Proven leadership and people-management skills are essential to inspire and guide your team effectively.
