The home is designed to provide a therapeutic, safe, and nurturing environment for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead this newly established 3-bed children’s home. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in setting up and registering new homes with Ofsted, as well as managing ongoing operations in line with statutory requirements and best practice. You will be responsible for creating a calm, supportive environment that prioritises children’s wellbeing, safety, and development.
