An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive and highly organised Hire Administrator / Hire Controller to join a fast-growing, founder-led HVAC hire specialist based in Redditch. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating nationwide HVAC hire operations, working closely with engineers, logistics partners, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless delivery of temporary heating and cooling solutions. This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone with strong organisational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines. The role offers the chance to join a rapidly expanding business, contribute to continuous process improvement (including the rollout of a new ERP system), and build a long-term career within a dynamic operational environment.
