In return, youll receive a competitive salary, benefits, and the opportunity to progress into a directorship as the business continues to grow.What we need from you as a Dry Cleaning Manager :You must have previous experience working as a Manager, or other similar position in a dry-cleaning retail environment and understand dry cleaning and laundering processesHave a proven track record of managing a teamBe able to communicate with staff and customersBe IT literate familiar with EPOS till systems etcYou must be well organised and able to make decisionsHave a knowledge of handling different types of textiles and fabricsHave numerical skills to cope with accounts, book-keeping and budgetingHold a UK Driving LicenceWhat the role involves:Day-to-day running of the dry cleaning plant to ensure items are dispatched on time and cleaned to a very high standardCommunicating with all the shops on a daily basis to ensure a smoothly run companyYou will be required to oversee staff recruitmentYou will need the ability to organise staffing of the plant and shopsHave the ability to carry out staff training in all aspects of clothing care and customer careYou will need to have a diplomatic manner in dealing with customers concernsYou will need a working knowledge of the health and safety involved in the dry cleaning and laundering environmentSalary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus scheme.Hours: 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.Benefits:Pension scheme4 weeks holiday, plus Bank Holidays pro rata for part timeUniformStaff 50% discountPlease apply now!TPBN1_UKTJ
