Diligent typing, printing and processing of dictations. Organising, e-filing and scanning documents into our Case Management System whilst also maintaining the paper files with accuracy and efficiency. Managing the billing process, to include generating and coordinating invoices on a monthly basis plus chasing any outstanding payments. Requesting payments and recording receipts of monies, to include liaising with our Accounts Team. Opening and archiving all paper and electronic files. Dealing with routine client correspondence and queries. Attending to clients both in person and on the telephone in a confident manner with excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a high level of customer care. Dealing with third party agencies, to include Counsel, Courts, Experts and other solicitors. Ensuring the confidentiality of the client and firms information and documentation at all times. Fully conversant with Word, Outlook and Excel with experience of working with electronic Case Management Systems. Supporting the general administration within the Family Law Team and Redditch office.
