Due to continued demand from clients, the business is now looking to appoint a Recruitment Resourcer to join the team. This role will work directly alongside the companys founder and director, an ambitious and driven individual who is passionate about developing people and building long-term careers within recruitment. They are committed to investing time and energy into mentoring the right person, helping them build their knowledge, confidence and skill set within a specialist market. The role is focused entirely on candidate engagement and delivery. There is no business development or sales element involved, allowing you to concentrate on building relationships with candidates and supporting live vacancies. Recruitment resourcers typically focus on identifying talent, screening candidates and creating strong shortlists for hiring managers, acting as a key link between candidates and the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities • Identifying potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools, • Speaking with candidates regularly and building strong relationships, • Assessing candidate experience and suitability for vacancies, • Preparing candidate shortlists for clients, • Assisting with interview coordination and candidate preparation The Team & Environment You will be joining a professional and supportive team within a fantastic office environment, surrounded by motivated individuals who take pride in their work.
