Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective menu offerings while maintaining quality and profitability. Monitor kitchen operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef. Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute new menu ideas. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred. This position is full time and permanent. You will be required to work Mon-Fri, 7am-3pm, all year round. You will be entitled to 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
