Youβll play a key role in driving growth across Acute and Primary Care, partnering with Procurement Teams, Category Leads, Tissue Viability Nurses, and Theatre Teams to deliver outstanding outcomes for patients and the NHS. What Youβll Do β
Promote and sell GBUKβs innovative wound management portfolio across your territory β
Build strong, trusted relationships with key clinical and procurement stakeholders β
Identify and develop new business opportunities across NHS and private sectors β
Deliver engaging product training and clinical support to healthcare professionals β
Execute the full sales cycle β from introduction and evaluation to implementation β
Gather market intelligence and contribute to strategic planning β
Achieve or exceed sales targets while enhancing GBUKβs brand reputation What Youβll Bring Essential: βοΈ Minimum 3 yearsβ commercial sales experience βοΈ Proven understanding of the NHS marketplace and procurement processes βοΈ Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills βοΈ Adaptability, self-motivation, and a growth mindset βοΈ Full UK driving licence βοΈ Fluent English Desirable: β¨ Experience selling into theatres or wound care β¨ Engagement with NHS procurement or formulary submissions β¨ Experience working with Tissue Viability Nurses β¨ Degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or related field β¨ Confident use of Excel and CRM systems Why Join Us?
