Skills/Qualifications/Experience: • Precision in measurements and cuts is crucial., • Carpentry often involves heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing, climbing, and bending., • Ability to identify and fix issues that arise during construction., • Basic math for measuring and calculating dimensions and costs., • Skilful use of hand and power tools., • Ability to visualize and create aesthetically pleasing structures., • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

    Studyn is a UK platform that connects small and medium sized businesses with vetted university students for short term business projects. These projects can cover areas such as marketing, consulting and market research. Our aim is simple. We help businesses access affordable, flexible support, while giving students the opportunity to gain real practical experience and get paid for their work. We are currently looking for a commission only B2B sales partner to help us secure a small number of initial SME clients. The Role This is a small pilot role, not a high volume sales campaign. At this stage, we are only looking to onboard around 5 initial clients, so the focus is on quality over quantity. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to suitable UK businesses that may benefit from Studyn’s service. These could include startups, SMEs, local businesses, small agencies, founders or business owners who need support with marketing, consulting or research based work. Responsibilities Identify suitable UK SMEs and startups Reach out to potential clients through your own sales methods Clearly explain Studyn’s service and value proposition Generate interest from businesses that may need project based support Refer interested clients to Studyn for approval and onboarding Maintain a professional approach when representing the brand Avoid making any promises or guarantees without Studyn’s approval Ideal Candidate Experience in B2B sales, business development or client acquisition Comfortable working on a commission only basis Confident communicating with founders, SMEs and business owners Understands how to sell services to small businesses Able to work independently without constant management Has an existing SME, startup or business owner network Professional, reliable and clear in communication Payment Structure This is a commission only role. There is no basic salary, retainer or upfront payment. Commission is only paid once a client has paid their initial project deposit to Studyn. The pilot will be capped at around 5 paying clients initially. If the partnership works well, there may be an opportunity to continue on a longer term basis. You just turn up, do great work, and get paid your day rate reliably. We are interested in: • Skilled Floor Sanding Operator – £170–£220 per day For people who can sand, prepare, and finish wooden floors to a good standard. (Let us know if you require our machines/transport or have your own)., • Senior Floor Sanding Operator – £230–£300 per day For highly experienced operators who can run jobs independently, manage fine details, work cleanly, and represent the company well. (Note: The top end of this pay scale is reserved for operators who provide their own van and professional dustless sanding machines). Requirements: • Experience with wood floor sanding, restoration, repairs, staining, oiling, or lacquering is preferred., • You must be reliable, hardworking, clean, respectful in customers’ homes, and able to follow company standards., • Driving is a strong advantage, but not always essential for the right person with high-level skills., • Basic English is acceptable as long as your standard of work is excellent. Portuguese and Spanish speakers are very welcome! Regular work is available immediately for the right operators.
