Registered Operations Manager Location: Frodsham, Runcorn & Widnes area Salary: £40,000 – £47,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (no on-call) About the Role An established, highly rated home care provider is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Care Manager / Operations Manager to lead and oversee their branch operations across Frodsham and surrounding areas. This is a confidential replacement position offering full operational autonomy and the opportunity to manage a well-resourced, award-winning team delivering exceptional private home care services. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day branch performance, compliance, client satisfaction, and team development — ensuring the service continues to deliver outstanding care while maintaining a balanced, supportive work culture. Key Responsibilities • Lead all aspects of branch operations and service delivery, • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality frameworks, • Manage and support the office team, including care coordinators, HR, and field supervisors, • Oversee care consultations, care planning, onboarding, and service reviews, • Maintain exceptional standards of client care and satisfaction, • Collaborate on business development and service growth initiatives, • Support future expansion into complex care services, • Ensure governance, risk, and audit processes remain robust, • Uphold a positive, people-first culture focused on wellbeing and professional development About You We’re looking for a confident, commercially aware, and people-focused leader who can run a branch independently. You will ideally have: • Proven experience as a Registered Care Manager or Operations Manager within domiciliary / home care, • A strong track record in CQC compliance and leadership, • Excellent understanding of private care models, assessments, and client onboarding, • Ability to balance service quality with business growth and performance, • Emotional and intellectual agility — able to lead with empathy and clarity, • NVQ Level 5 (or working towards) in Health & Social Care, • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care What’s on Offer • Salary from £40,000 – £47,000 (DOE), • Potential to increase to £50,000 for exceptional experience, • Performance-related bonus opportunities (e.g., £2,000 annual bonus for exceeding branch targets), • 40-hour week with no on-call duties, • A balanced, well-supported environment with strong leadership backing Recommendations Compass Associates Ltd is acting as a Recruitment Consultancy for this permanent vacancy; we offer £200 John Lewis vouchers for each successful recommendation.
