In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operation, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our team and guests. Qualifications: ● Experience in a bartending or bar management role. ● Experience with rota’s and rota softwares. ● Personal alcohol license preferred. ● Proven experience in creating and executing high-quality cocktails. ● In-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers. ● Strong leadership and team management skills. ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. ● Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. ● Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
