You’ll take full ownership of front-of-house operations, from setup through pack-down, managing a team of waiters and hostesses. What You’ll Do • Review event briefs in advance; set staff positions, responsibilities, and service timings, • Lead and coach the FOH team on presentation, timing, and etiquette; set and enforce uniform and grooming standards, • Manage staff on the day; attendance, punctuality, breaks, positioning, and performance, • Oversee service flow: briefings, table timing, course pacing, and guest experience start to finish, • Oversee FOH setup and pack-down, including service stations and equipment, • Coordinate with the venue, planners, and other suppliers as needed, • Act as the calm point of contact on-site, resolving issues independently; before guests notice and without escalating to the Founder, • Liaise with the kitchen and Founder to align service with each event’s vision, • Manage scheduling, event briefs, and post-event debriefs What We’re Looking For • 2–3+ years managing floor teams in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end events, • An eye for detail and an instinct for anticipating guest needs before they ask, • Comfortable working closely with a Founder who cares deeply about how things look and feel, • Based in London, with flexibility to travel to venues and work evenings/weekends, • Genuine appreciation for Indian and Middle Eastern culinary culture is a strong plus This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who treats service as a craft.
