As the business enters an exciting new phase of growth, theyre looking for a Paid Search Specialist to take full ownership of paid media performance and play a pivotal role in scaling the brand. Youll have real autonomy, a supportive team around you, and the tools and budget to do the job properly About the Role This is a senior, hands-on position where youll have full technical ownership of paid media performance across Google Ads and beyond. You wont just be executing youll be influencing strategy, driving commercial outcomes, and working cross-functionally with SEO, CRO, Analytics, and Creative teams to get the best possible results About You • Extensive hands-on experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social in commercially driven, lead-generation or comparison environments, • A proven track record of owning end-to-end paid media performance from strategic planning and budget allocation through to optimisation, scaling, and reporting, • Strong technical expertise across Google Ads, with solid working knowledge of key Paid Social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok, • Experience managing and optimising large multi-channel budgets while balancing commercial risk, efficiency targets, and growth objectives, • A highly data-driven approach to testing structured methodologies across bidding, targeting, creatives, landing pages, and funnel optimisation, • Advanced diagnostic capability to identify and resolve performance challenges such as intent drift, rising auction pressure, creative fatigue, and attribution gaps, • Strong understanding of full-funnel performance strategy, including audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and cross-channel contribution analysis, • Confident translating complex performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders, • Google Ads and/or Microsoft Advertising certifications, • Experience with automation, scripts, feed optimisation tools, or AI-driven bidding and creative testing solutions, • £45,000 £50,000 basic salary with annual pay reviews, • Private dental and healthcare cover, • Flexitime and a relaxed dress code, • 20 days holiday + bank holidays, plus two weeks off over Christmas and your birthday off Interested? xrnqpay Click Apply or contact Chengi at Page 1 Recruitment today!
