As an SDR, youll report into an SDR Lead as part of a team. Youll be the front line of Cloudsmiths sales efforts, responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective customers. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to create a robust pipeline and ensure the success of our sales initiatives. • Prospecting and Outreach: Identify and research prospective mid-market and enterprise accounts; initiate and manage outbound communication through email, phone calls and social media; build and nurture strong relationships with prospects., • Collaboration: Partner with the SDR Team Lead and Marketing to ensure alignment on strategies and campaigns; share insights from prospect interactions to refine outreach and content strategies., • Proven experience in sales within the IT sector; ideally sold or prospected software, cloud, or DevOps solutions., • 1–2 years sales/prospecting experience., • Proficiency with CRM and sales prospecting tools and web-based conferencing systems (Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce.com, Intercom and Zoom)., • Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals with a solid track record., • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable engaging with technical buyers and understanding DevOps, cloud, or CI/CD processes., • Curious and Coachable: Eager to learn, adapt to feedback and grow within a fast-paced environment., • Customer Focused: Give customers a voice and ensure we listen to create a buying experience they would value., • Collective Ownership: Share responsibility and ownership; we are all accountable for the success of the company., • Competitive compensation package, including equity., • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance., • Generous annual leave and flexible working policies., • Professional development budget for conferences and training., • Dynamic, innovative, trust-centric, and supportive work environment., • Opportunity to shape a fast-growing Series B startup (and beyond).
