Your tasks • Maintain machinery in an orderly condition according to the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) schedule., • You’ll be working with the latest state of the art equipment, • Carry out repairs to first line production equipment utilising our extensive spares., • Collaborate with other departments and use machine downtime (OEE) data to identify and implement improvements for increased uptime, • Minimise the costs of maintenance by optimising the use of resources and implementing cost-effective solutions., • Participate in the improvements of machine operation, production process, standards and company procedures., • Engage in various project activities related to machinery upgrades, installations, and modifications., • Provide technical advice when required., • Mentoring of apprentices by sharing knowledge and best practice to develop their skills.
