With decades of engineering expertise and a commitment to innovation, we support industries including Consumer, industrial automation, and transportation etc. We are now seeking a driven European Distribution Account Manager to expand our market presence, strengthen existing partnerships, and help deliver the next phase of our strategic growth. Role Overview The European Distribution Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and winning new business opportunities across the EMEA region while managing and growing existing customer relationships. This role combines strategic sales planning with hands-on execution, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Growth • Work with Sales and Marketing Director to execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue across EMEA., • Identify and target new customer opportunities in certain industrial markets., • Proactively prospect, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into long-term customers., • Prepare and deliver customer presentations, proposals, and quotations., • Expanding portfolio, going wider and deeper with our Distributors. Account Management • Manage, develop, and retain existing customer accounts., • Build strong relationships with distributors, selected OEMs, and key decision-makers., • Provide regular account reviews, forecasts, and performance updates., • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive service and support. Market & Product Intelligence • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements., • Provide feedback to the internal engineering and product teams to support product development and enhancement. Travel Requirements • Travel throughout the UK and Europe to visit customers, attend trade events, and support sales activities as necessary. Skills & Experience Required • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within electronic components, semiconductors, optoelectronics, or related sectors., • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in EMEA markets., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills., • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently. Desirable Attributes • Experience working with distributors and channel partners., • Experience of working in Electronic components Industry.
