Reporting To: Managing Director Why This Role Matters You’ll be the voice of our projects—planning and delivering strategic engagement activities that keep customers informed and communities connected. From reducing complaints to building trust, your work will ensure every project leaves a positive impact. What You’ll Do • Lead proactive customer engagement for water authority contracts., • Build strong community relationships through site visits and clear communication., • Resolve concerns quickly and professionally, reducing complaints., • Collaborate with project teams to anticipate and address issues., • Choose the best channels for updates—letters, social media, and more., • Monitor KPIs and report progress to clients. What We’re Looking For • Experience in customer engagement or stakeholder management (utilities, construction, or infrastructure preferred)., • Outstanding communication skills—able to simplify technical details for any audience., • Knowledge of social media, email, and community outreach., • Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills., • Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable., • IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)., • Full UK driving licence and flexibility for occasional evening/weekend meetings.
