What You'll Be Doing: • Leading the bakery team – ensuring consistency, training junior bakers, and inspiring creativity., • Baking with passion – crafting a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and sweet treats using traditional methods and high-quality ingredients., • Developing new seasonal products – creating limited-edition bakes to showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients across Colicci's locations., • Managing production & stock – overseeing ordering, stock take, entering stock, and stock reconciliation to maintain efficiency and reduce waste., • Ensuring excellence in hygiene & safety – upholding the highest kitchen and food safety standards., • Collaborating with the Head Chefs & General Managers – ensuring our bakery offerings stay exciting, innovative, and commercially successful.
