This role provides excellent exposure to project delivery, health & safety management, procurement processes, and client interaction. Key Responsibilities • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety through supervision, inspections and monitoring, • Conduct site inspections and prepare risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), • Liaise with procurement teams to source materials, parts and subcontract labour, • Support the Project Manager in the coordination and delivery of project work, • Obtain permits to work as required for project activities, • Prepare project handover documentation and reports for clients, • Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings, • Provide support across the wider department to assist with business growth Requirements • Some exposure to on-site engineering projects (water industry experience desirable but not essential), • Engineering qualification – HND minimum (Mechanical preferred), • Strong analytical skills, • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to motivate and work collaboratively with colleagues, • Full UK driving licence (preferred), • Right to work in the UK on a permanent basis
