Our aim is to provide safe and supportive accommodation for those with a trauma informed supportive plan to enable individuals to access appropriate support and build a pathway into more permanent accommodation. You’ll be trained to offer practical, emotional, and social support—building trust, reinforcing independence, and ensuring clients feel seen and valued. Key Responsibilities Provide accommodation, support and manage a caseload of individuals who are identified of needing support with various issues and complex needs Key working an allocation of service users from initial assessment, creating a personal outcome plan, reviewing the plan whilst working towards tangible move-on options Support individual needs on a proactive and flexible basis, with a focus on fostering independence Coordinating referrals for new service users.
