This role is ideally suited to a confident pre-litigation claims professional or an experienced litigator who has been effected by the Mazur ruling. The Role You will manage a varied caseload of pre-litigation Employer’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims, acting on behalf of insurer and corporate clients. The role requires a methodical, process-driven approach, strong attention to detail, and excellent client-handling skills.
