Commercial Insurance Broker / Account Executive / Account Handler Location: Remote, UK Salary: Negotiable + Uncapped Bonus + Benefits About the Opportunity 167 Solutions is partnering with a growing and ambitious insurance organisation seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance professional to join their team. This opportunity would suit a Commercial Insurance Broker, Account Executive, Account Handler, Insurance Consultant, or Insurance Advisor who enjoys building client relationships, developing business, and delivering outstanding insurance solutions. You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships while also identifying and securing new business opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Insurance Advisory • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients across a variety of sectors, • Advise clients on suitable commercial insurance solutions based on their business requirements, • Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy administration, • Obtain quotations and negotiate competitive terms with insurers, • Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to improve client coverage, • Ensure all activity is compliant with FCA regulations and company standards, • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client lifecycleBusiness Development & Growth, • Identify and pursue new commercial insurance opportunities through networking, referrals, introductions, and lead generation activities, • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, • Build relationships with local businesses, professional introducers, and strategic partners, • Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products and services where appropriate, • Generate revenue through both new business acquisition and organic account growth, • Attend networking events, industry functions, and business meetings where required, • Work towards agreed sales, retention, and growth targets, • Contribute ideas and initiatives to support the continued growth of the businessSkills & Experience Required, • Previous experience within Commercial Insurance, • Experience as a Commercial Insurance Broker, Account Executive, Account Handler, Insurance Advisor, or similar, • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and markets, • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships, • Experience generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts, • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, • Cert CII qualification desirable but not essentialWhat's on Offer, • Fully remote UK-based role, • Negotiable salary dependent on experience, • Uncapped bonus and commission opportunities, • Existing client portfolio and warm leads available, • Professional development and support towards insurance qualifications, • Clear progression opportunities within a growing business, • Supportive and collaborative team culture If you are a Commercial Insurance professional who enjoys combining client service with business development and relationship building, we'd love to hear from you.
