Support kitchen staff by performing basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients. Ensure chemicals and cleaning equipment are continuously stocked, i.e. blue roll & sanitizer. Requirements: No previous experience is required, although experience in a kitchen environment is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, maki, sashimi, and specialty rolls, using fresh ingredients. Ensure the freshness and proper storage of all seafood and ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and follow all food safety guidelines.
