Develop, review, and approve civil engineering designs, including drainage, foundations, road access, and utilities for residential projects.
Ensure smooth project delivery by addressing any civil engineering-related issues during the construction phase.
Prepare technical reports, design drawings, and project documentation for regulatory approval and client updates.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with designs and specifications.
