Willing to undertake further study to improve technical knowledge Proven experience in continuous improvement, business process optimisation, and operational excellence Familiarity with digital transformation, automation tools, technology optimisation and change management. Desirable More than 2 years' experience in a financial services or continuous improvement role. Experience in systems integration. System experience of Intelligent Office.
