Head of Growth Marketing & Demand Generation Scotland: Open to multiple locations Role Overview We are seeking an innovative, analytical and driven Head of Lead Generation to lead the next phase of our digital customer acquisition strategy. This role is a unique blend of strategy and execution—requiring a high-calibre individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves data, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to optimise growth. In this role, you will play a key role in demand generation, increasing inbound & outbound leads & conversions. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: • Develop and own the lead generation strategy, aligning it with broader business objectives and long-term company goals., • Build a successful and scaled digital client acquisition team., • Identify new growth opportunities through data-driven insights, competitive analysis, and market trends., • Work with the Marketing team to build and implement frameworks for experimentation, testing, and optimisation across all digital marketing touchpoints., • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to inform product, commercial, and customer strategies. Operational Excellence: • Lead end-to-end digital client acquisition strategies., • Oversee, develop and support the team of sales executives to convert qualified leads to appointments., • Work with the team to track, analyse, and report on funnel performance, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates at every stage., • Leverage analytics and reporting to measure performance, optimise campaigns, and identify opportunities for scaling., • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns with a clear focus on qualified lead generation., • Oversee collaboration with Product Marketing to repurpose thought leadership and case studies into high-performing growth content., • Be accountable for budgeting, sales targets and ROI tracking., • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, BD and Events teams to execute integrated growth initiatives. Analytical & Tech Focus: • Use data and advanced analytics to guide decision-making and prioritise high-impact initiatives., • Maintain a pulse on emerging platforms to ensure competitive advantage., • Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for growth. Leadership: • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and continuous learning., • Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders.
