What you’ll be doing As our Health & Safety Manager, you’ll lead the operational delivery of health, safety and fire safety standards across all sites. Your work will keep our people safe, protect our guests, support our managers, and ensure our compliance remains robust, reliable and forward?thinking. You’ll be responsible for: You’ll be highly visible, trusted and hands?on, the kind of person teams naturally turn to for guidance. Where you’ll be based This is a multi?site role across The Celtic Collection and ICC Wales. You will spend a minimum of two days per week onsite at ICC Wales, with flexibility to visit other properties as needed. Some evening and weekend work is required to support events, drills and emergency readiness.
