Prepares regular reports on project costs, service revenues, and efficiency gains to ensure the division meets financial targets. * Works closely with the finance team to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on service quality or project outcomes. * Checks running job costs and margins weekly, flagging and investigating any jobs at risk of margin erosion and implementing corrective action promptly. * Approves high‑value orders and controlled quantities (including lead) and cross‑references subcontractor costs against internal pricing to ensure margin is maintained on subcontracted elements.
