About OMA Opening in Spring 2024, OMA will be a restaurant located in the heart of London’s thriving Borough Market, inspired by the fishing villages and shores of the Greek isles and further Levant. A site in the capital’s iconic market has been thoughtfully restored with natural and repurposed materials that echo the raw and wild landscapes of Greece.
